The Rooms
We give our guests the opportunity to spend a holiday in the countryside in the peace and quiet which most people are no longer used to and we welcome them into a family-run establishment.
. It was for this reason that we decided to limit the number of places on offer to guests, allowing us to therefore provide an apartment for 3 people with 2 bedrooms, all with bathrooms, one of which leads to a large terrace with great views of Monviso and the Alps.

Reception Opening Hours:
Arrivals from 15:30 to 19:00.
Rooms should be vacated by 10:30
Breakfast from 7:30 to 9:30.
Pets:
Allowed, if educated and supervised. A leash must be used outside
Terms and Conditions:
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card if you use the online booking system, otherwise with a 50% deposit paid by bank transfer.
The reservation is only confirmed after Cascina Barosca sends a mail that guarantees the availability of rooms for the number of people mentioned.
If canceled or modified up to 7 days before arrival date no fee will be charged.
If canceled or modified later 20% of the amount for all nights booked will be charged.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of booked nights.
Payment:
the room and any extras requested are paid for at the time of check-out.
It is possible to pay in cash or by credit card.
We do not accept checks or traveler's checks.
